Doi Suthep has his own history which I can never remember, the only thing I remembered is these bells which you supposed to knock on each one of them to get good blessing, there are all over the whole perimeter of the temple. (I think my yoga practice help in this task especially knocking the bottom rows of bell around the temple)
This is a donation box, our daddy put FIRE into it!! he thought it is a box to disposed burned incense and joss stick! some Thai visitors ran and yelled at him "ngian, ngian" means "money, money" Not FIRE! ..super embarrassing!! and just wonder what sort of Thai he is reading hahaha..
After the incident he has to hide behind this sala tree and laughing to himself
